Description
Recombinant human involucrin may be used as transglutaminase substrate.
Reagents
Recombinant human involucrin is lyophilized from 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.
Reconstitution
Add the desired volume H2O to the vial of lyophilized powder. Rotate vial gently until solid dissolves. After reconstitution the solution should be cooled on ice for short term storage.
Storage
Storage is possible at ≤ - 20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Delivery at ambient temperature is possible
