Reagents
The Protransglutaminase is lyophilised from 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl.
Reconstitution
Add the desired volume H2O to the vial of lyophilized powder.
Application
Labelling, immobilisation, conjugation and modification of proteins.
Storage
Store at –20°C in working aliquots. Repeated freez ing and thawing is not recommended.
Delivery at ambient temperature is possible
