Description
Inhibited human epidermal transglutaminase may be used for immunoprecipitation and detection of autoantibodies in body fluid samples from patients suffering from autoimmune diseases like psoriasis or gluten sensitive skin disorders. For coating of micro titer plates the addition of 10 mM Ca2+ is recommended.
Formulation
The inhibited TG3 is supplied in 20 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 1 mM EDTA, 10%Glycerol
Storage
Store working aliquots at ≤ - 20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
The product is shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, store immediately at ≤ -20°C.
