Mouse tissue transglutaminase (full length protein with N-terminal hexahistidin-tag) recombinantly produced in E. coli.

Specificity

Cross-reactivity of A072 to recombinant tissue transglutaminases from various animal species A: Coomassie -Stain B: A072 Western blot Figure 1: Equal amounts (2 µg protein per lane respectively) of tissue transglutaminase from various species (human, guinea pig, mouse, rat, dog, rabbit and macaque ape) were analysed by A: SDS-PAGE-Gel (staining with coomassie brilliant blue) and B: western blot. A072 (dilution 1 / 1000) recognizes mouse TG2 and cross reacts with rat TG2. Mild cross reactivity is given for guinea pig TG2.

Formulation

The antibody is lyophilized from 155 µL 0.05 M Na-Phosphate buffer pH 8, 0.075 M NaCl, 2 mg/mL human serum albumin, azide free.

Application

Western-Blotting, immuno-fluorescence, immuno-histochemistry.

Working dilutions

Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. E. g. for Western-Blotting: 1 / 1000 to 1 / 5000 should be suitable

Storage

Stable for a minimum of 2 years at –20°C as lyophilized powder Delivery is possible at ambient temperature
