Specificity
Antibody reacts specifically with microbial (bacterial) transglutaminase and Protransglutaminase from Streptomyces mobaraensis in native or denatured form.

Formulation
The antibody is lyophilized from 200 μL PBS pH 7.2, 2 mg/mL human serum albumin, azide free.
Reconstitution
Add at least the volume of H2O the antibody is lyophilized from to the vial of lyophilized powder (see Certificate of Analysis: Aliquotation). Rotate vial gently until solid dissolves. After reconstitution, the solution should be stored frozen in working aliquots.
Working dilutions
Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. E. g. for Western-Blotting: 1 / 500 to 1 / 5,000 should be suitable
Storage
Stable for a minimum of 5 years at –20°C as lyophilized powder. Delivery at ambient temperature is possible
