TGase Protein Labeling Kits
Transglutaminase Labeling Kits are designed to easily obtain mg amounts of labeled proteins.
Transglutaminase enzymatic labeling requires accessible glutamine or lysine residues on your target protein's surface. Therefore the first step in the Substrate Finder Kit (L001) characterizes your target protein: does it contain accessible glutamine residues, lysine residues, both residues or is it not a substrate at all.
Substrate Finder Kit (L001) will indicate which Labeling Kit is appropriate to modify your target protein with the desired labels: Biotin, PEG1,088, PEG5,000, ATTO-488™, ATTO-532™, ATTO-550™, ATTO-647N™, or ATTO-700™.
